MRSL’s Processing Unit Manager and one of the founding staff members of the company. Jackie heads the processing and validation unit of the company and brings to the team strong investigative skills and expertise in the use of customized survey data analysis software such as SPSS. Jackie and her team working from the point of post-field validation through to data cleaning and processing, have mastered the art of ensuring that the “bad eggs” don’t rot the results.
